    This wasn’t a purchase per se, but a clever method for facilitating the expedient return and replacement of a malfunctioning unit. In my 710 Life Micro Mini review posted on my blog, Swedish Flying Saucer , I noted that the digital micro mini units at times require a reset for corrective recalibration of the thermostat. This is noted in the instructional manual and is the same kind of reset one might have to do with a cell phone. Unfortunately, my unit would not reset properly when recalibration was needed, indicating a defective unit (I don’t know exactly what part had failed). Fortunately, the folks at 710 Life / 420 Life are eager to ensure customer satisfaction and do not quarrel when a problem arises. Instead, they do everything to try to help. First, they try to give you troubleshooting advice. If that fails and a replacement unit is required, the company offers a method for users to not have to be without an enail for an extended period of time. They offer a replacement discount program. As soon as it is determined that you require a replacement you can go on their website and make a $75 credit card deposit, at which point the company ships you the replacement unit. Your $75 deposit is credited back to you when the company receives the defective unit. In other words, if your unit craps out on a Tuesday, you could do the replacement deposit and have the replacement as early as Wednesday. Meanwhile, you have a few days to package the defective unit and get it to USPS. This system worked flawlessly for me. The company also included a little free goodie for me in consideration of the problem, which I appreciated. And don’t be discouraged if you call and get voice mail and are unable to leave a message. They track missed calls and will call you back. They will also respond to e-mails, though, again, you may not receive an instantaneous reply. I get the sense that they are more active in the afternoons and evenings than the mornings. And my replacement unit has worked like a chance and my love of the brand, product & company have only been strengthened by going through this process. Well done 710 Life / 420 Life!!
