Unlike many other web sites other than Amazon Prime that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer free shipping store-wide, on any orders over $50 shipping within USA. International destinations don’t qualify for our Free Shipping offer.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic shipping.
Extreme Priority Processing
420life.com offers Extreme Priority Processing on all orders for a small additional fee. If selected, all orders placed before 2pM PST will ship out on the next business day. If your order is placed after 2pm PST, and the Rush Processing option is selected, it will packaged within 24 hours the order date before midnight and dropped off to USPS and USPS will scan and ship out on the following business day.
Shipments Outside The United States
Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States. Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on 420life.com are 110v standard, but we do have 220V coils and 220V country specific power cords to make our unit function worldwide. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time does not include the time it takes to process and package the order which could take a up to 48 hours. All orders placed during non-business hours, this includes weekends (Saturday & Sunday), evenings and national holidays, will be processed once regular business hours have resumed.
Shipping options are only estimates for determining delivery time, they are not guaranteed. We have absolutely no control over the package once we give it to USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other carrier we choose. Unfortunately we cannot control any delays that may occur from them. Sometimes either by weather, security threats, natural disaster, holidays or a mistake by the carrier employe. Sometimes packages do get delayed, which is why cannot guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments including express shipments.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship within the United States and internationally to every country on the planet. Please note that when shipping internationally we have no control over the custom fees/duties or seizure, in most cases our customers aren’t required to pay them but it may occur. Seizure is your responsibility; we do our best to be extremely discreet. We have never had one seized but this may occur if your country is not cannabis friendly.
DO YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Yes we ship to PO Boxes, when shipping to a PO Box you must select USPS as the shipping option or the package will be undeliverable and returned back to us.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee starting from the day you receive the order. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee if you’re returning items due to personal preference and not a mistake made by 420Life.com; Items must still have all packing materials without damage or use. If the mistake is ours or our carriers’ (wrong, broken, defective items, etc…), in which it will be replaced for free, you may have to send photos or the item back (all shipping cost refunded). We also accept returns if you want to exchange item(s) for the same item(s) but in a different variation for example if you chose the wrong joint size, gender, color, etc… you can send it back and exchange it for a different one, you will need to include $5.00 for all exchanges plus 20% restocking fee.
In addition, original shipping costs are non refundable since we already paid to send the package to you the first time.
We only accept returns or exchanges for product(s) that are unused. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used products under any circumstances. All returns and exchanges must have a valid RMA number to be processed, please do not send back products without first filling out the form below or it will be very confusing for everyone.
