Return Policy

  • Unclaimed or rejected packages will be charged the shipping cost if a refund isn’t asked for please keep in mind you will be charged for the shipping cost to you.
  • IF ANY CHARGE-BACKS OR CHARGE DISPUTES ARE FILED, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM OUR SITE AND SUPPORT, AND YOU WARRANTY WILL BE OVER (FRAUD IS A CRIME)
  • WE HAVE A SIMPLE EASY NO HASSLE WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY, JUST CALL (833) 710-LIFE or email info@420life.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem.
  • Inspect any fragile items upon receiving delivery, only sign for package once you have fully reviewed each item and it’s good then you can use it.  There can be no sign of use if exchanging for arriving damaged
  • NO REFUND OR EXHANGES ON USED GLASS OR QUARTZ
  • if your order arrives damaged, you need to call (833) 710-LIFE or email info@420life.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back to us and we will send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.

*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers any missing material you will be charged for.

If you wish to Change, Cancel or Return your order, there will be a 18% additional restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to Return your order you must pay shipping and return shipping charges.

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 18% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • Carrier damage
  • Defective product
  • Product does not match advertising
  • Received incorrect product
  • Product was an extra item not ordered

Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.

In order to avoid confusion, you can always contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need. Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.

Non-Returnable items

  • Upon inspection of returned items, CGP ENT reserves the right to refuse anything that either looks or smells like it has been contaminated with a foreign substance and/or appears to be used.
  • Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.
  • Defaced or Customized items (including but not limited to Laser Engraving) cannot be returned, if there is a defect we will replace it. All Laser Engraving is black & white (grayscale) Custom ordered designs are non refundable.
  • We also reserve the write to cancel, no hate only cool things  that make us laugh

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received at our facility, a customer representative will contact you about any additional shipping charges if required.

Warranty

Warranty of any kind is void if the following are evident upon receiving the unit for inspection:

  • Excessive physical abuse
  • Water damage
  • Tampering with the metal enclosure in any way
  • DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYTHING YOURSELF (THIS VOIDS ALL WARRANTY AND IS DANGEROUS)


The device is meant to reach a high temperature for a time up to six hours. Do not leave the heating element on when you are not around, that is irresponsible even with an auto timer. This device can get extremely hot and cause combustion if used improperly, we warn you to use them strictly to our guidelines or you may get burnt… Don’t touch the heating element, it’s hot.

That being said, if you do adhere to our guidelines we will replace your product under our warranty if it stops working properly.

Heating Element Terms and conditions

Warranty of any kind is void if the following are evident upon receiving the unit for inspection:

  • Water damage
  • Tampering with the coil, plugs, or cable in any way other than its intended use will void its warranty
  • DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYTHING YOURSELF (THIS VOIDS ALL WARRANTY AND IS DANGEROUS)

We do not warrant the use of our product with any illicit substances.
We do not warrant the use of our product with other brand PID controllers.
